About this book

This book is about the oldest case of mistaken identity: the moment we mistook the voice of the Robot Mind for our own. It explores the inherited conditioning behind the thoughts, fears, beliefs, and reactions that can make a story feel like a fact. It is not about becoming someone better. It is about remembering who was here before the costume was ever put on.

I wrote it for anyone laying awake at 2 a.m., anyone who has achieved what they were told to want and still feels hollow, and anyone caught in the same old panic, shame, or fight. It is for the skeptic and the seeker, and for people who would never call themselves spiritual. I wrote it because I watched too many good, intelligent, hardworking people suffer inside a story they never chose and never questioned. The invitation is simple: stop, feel the body, name the film, and investigate for yourself.
